Website information
ShippingPaperwork.com may receive ordinary web-server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, requested pages and timestamps. Hosting, security, analytics or anti-abuse services may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
Free browser document tools
The document generators are designed to run in your browser. They use browser session storage to preserve form entries during the current browser session. The site does not require an account to use these tools. Do not enter sensitive information unless you are comfortable processing it in your browser on your device.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We may retain correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain business records or address legal and security issues.
Purchases
If purchases are processed through a third-party payment provider such as PayPal or another checkout service, that provider may collect payment and account information under its own privacy policy. ShippingPaperwork.com does not need to collect full payment-card numbers directly when a third-party checkout is used.
Software registration
When you request a Shipping Documents Pro registration passcode, the site may store the purchase email address, PayPal transaction or order ID, the software Installation ID, the issued registration passcode, and related timestamps. This information is used to verify purchases, enforce the one-registration-per-purchase activation process, provide support, and maintain business records.
Anonymous site funnel analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand which pages visitors view and whether they use free tools, click the software trial download, request the installer, or click the PayPal checkout link. Analytics uses a temporary anonymous browser-session identifier and may record the referring website domain, campaign tags, page paths, a broad device type and event timestamps. We do not store names, email addresses, shipping-document entries, IP addresses, full user-agent strings, card information or payment IDs in this analytics log. Installer requests are counted separately from browser sessions.
Sales are not inferred from PayPal checkout clicks. After independently confirming a PayPal transaction, an administrator may enter its reference to log a verified sale; only a keyed one-way hash of that reference is kept in the sales analytics duplicate-check file. The existing separate software-registration records follow the registration policy above.
Cookies and local browser storage
The core site does not require an account cookie for the free generators. Browser session storage may be used to temporarily preserve generator data. Additional services added in the future, such as analytics, security or payment tools, may use cookies or similar technologies as described by those providers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate the website, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or legal rights.
Data choices
